A safe, supportive, and intense fitness environment in professionally organized and conveniently timed 1 hour sessions.  Classes include weightlifting/Olympic lifting, cardio and gymnastics.

CrossFit Lite Classes

CrossFit Lite is a great way to get a taste of what CrossFit is all about.  In this class we still follow the CrossFit training principles but stay away from some or the more advanced lifts and movements.  This class is for all fitness levels. CrossFit Kids Classes

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity.  CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.  Consistent, good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Ages 6-12. Classes run Mondays & Wednesdays from 3:00-3:45 or 3:45-4:30.

Olympic Lifting Classes

Need to perfect your Clean & Jerk or Snatch??  This is the class for you. Every Saturday from 9-10am we’ll work on your Olympic lifting skills, form and technique until you’re a pro!!

On Ramp

The aim of our 12 session ON-RAMP program is to expose you to the fundamental movements used in CrossFit and to work on your skill development. This is for your safety and benefit. We will prepare you to enter the CrossFit classes knowing that you can confidently carry out the movements safely, efficiently and effectively.  On-Ramp runs for 4 consecutive weeks, 3 times per week, in one hour sessions.
