What Is Crossfit?

CrossFit is defined as “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement, whose aim is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness.”

Let’s break it down.  This means no more boring routine, CrossFit promotes lack of routine.  It focuses on running, jumping, pushing, pulling, squatting & lifting overhead, all combined with high-intensity workouts. All of these activities are natural movements and can be modified to suit anyone’s physical needs or requirements.
