CROSSFIT CLASSES

Professionally coached and conveniently timed 1 hour sessions.

Classes include weightlifting/Olympic lifting, cardio, HIIT and gymnastics.

CROSSFIT LITE

Follows the same CrossFit training principles but stays away from some of the more technical lifts and advanced gymnastics.

If you’re new to CrossFit & a bit hesitant, this is a GREAT place to start.

CROSSFIT Kids & Teens

Our CrossFit kids and teens programs are strength and conditioning programs designed for 7-12 year olds, and for 13-17 year olds. 

We’ll address & refine all 10 of the general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance.
